These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website HSEBox.com, including all subdomains, platforms, applications, digital systems, documents, training programs, and services operated by HSEBox – Technologies, Lda, a legally registered company with its Head Office at:

HSEBox – Technologies, Lda operates and owns the following registered brands:

• HSEBox®, covering digital applications, management systems, software platforms, documents, templates, and technological tools.

• Mastery Hub Academy™, covering online training programs, certifications, and professional educational content.

By accessing our platforms, purchasing products, subscribing to services, or enrolling in training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our services.

1. Legal Structure and Brand Ownership

HSEBox – Technologies, Lda is the sole legal owner of HSEBox® and Mastery Hub Academy™. All intellectual property, systems, methodologies, frameworks, course structures, software logic, branding elements, visual identity, documents, and proprietary content are exclusively owned by the company and protected under international copyright, trademark, and commercial law.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as transferring ownership of any intellectual property to the user. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

2. Scope of Services

Under the brand HSEBox®, the company provides software systems, web platforms, mobile applications, digital templates, calculators, structured documents, and management tools.

Under the brand Mastery Hub Academy™, the company provides educational services, including online training courses, video modules, digital certifications, and professional development programs.

Each category of product is subject to its respective license and usage limitations as defined herein.

3. License Grant and Permitted Use

When purchasing or accessing any product or course, the user is granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use the content strictly for lawful and internal purposes.

For training programs under Mastery Hub Academy™, access is granted to a single individual only. Sharing login credentials, reproducing training materials, recording course content, or redistributing any educational materials is strictly prohibited.

For software and digital systems under HSEBox®, users are granted a license to use the system as intended. Software is licensed, not sold. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, replicate, modify, extract source code, or create derivative systems based on our products.

Documents and templates are licensed for internal business use only. Commercial redistribution, resale, rebranding, sublicensing, or public sharing is strictly forbidden.

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of access, permanent account suspension, and legal enforcement.

4. Payments, Pricing and Commercial Conditions

All prices displayed on HSEBox.com are subject to change without prior notice. Access to paid products is granted only upon full payment confirmation.

Promotional offers and discount codes are temporary and may be withdrawn at the company’s discretion. Pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or system miscalculations may result in order cancellation and full refund without further obligation.

Subscriptions, where applicable, automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. The user is responsible for managing subscription settings.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds apply exclusively to eligible online training courses under Mastery Hub Academy™ and must be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility requires that no more than twenty percent (20%) of the course content has been accessed. Once a certificate has been issued, or downloadable materials accessed, refunds are not permitted.

Digital documents, templates, downloadable products, software licenses, and mobile applications are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or activated.

The company reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, repetitive refund behavior, fraudulent intent, or violation of these Terms.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable business period using the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property Protection and Enforcement

All materials, including but not limited to software architecture, design structure, learning frameworks, training scripts, system logic, visual design, branding, and proprietary methodologies, are legally protected assets of HSEBox – Technologies, Lda.

The use of HSEBox® or Mastery Hub Academy™ trademarks in advertising, domain names, paid campaigns, social media, or third-party platforms without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to replicate the company’s systems, resell modified documents, reproduce course structures, or create competing derivative platforms based on our proprietary materials may result in immediate legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

7. Limitation of Liability

All training and software products are provided for informational and professional development purposes only. The company does not guarantee employment outcomes, salary increases, regulatory approval, or certification recognition by third parties.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate and updated content, the company shall not be liable for errors, omissions, outdated regulatory references, or interpretation differences.

HSEBox – Technologies, Lda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product or service in question.

8. User Conduct and Account Suspension

Users agree to use our platforms lawfully and ethically. Harassment, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, intellectual property infringement, system misuse, unauthorized automation, or attempts to disrupt service integrity may result in immediate termination without refund.

The company reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts at its discretion where violation is reasonably suspected.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The company implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats or force majeure events.

10. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, internet failures, cyberattacks, hosting disruptions, or global events.

11. Legal Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to HSEBox – Technologies, Lda in its registered jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or related to the use of our services shall first attempt to be resolved amicably through written communication.

If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the company’s registered jurisdiction.

The user agrees that any legal action must be brought individually and not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Modifications to Terms

HSEBox – Technologies, Lda reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
