2. Course Access & Usage

2.1. When you purchase a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access the course content.

2.2. Course materials, including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and other resources, are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or reproduced without written consent from HSEBox - Technologies, Lda.

2.3. Each course license is valid for one user only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

2.4. We may update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. Enrolled students will retain access to purchased courses, including future updates unless otherwise stated.

2.5. Access to purchased courses remains available at a minimum until course completion unless otherwise specified.

3. Refund Policy & 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At HSEBox - Technologies, Lda, we aim to ensure satisfaction with your learning experience. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

3.1. Refunds apply only to online courses. Downloadable products (PDFs, workbooks, digital resources) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3.2. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@hsebox.com with order details.

3.3. Eligibility for a refund requires that no more than 20% of the course content has been completed.
Example: If a course is 1 hour long, the maximum content that can be viewed while still qualifying for a refund is 12 minutes.

3.4. Refunds will not be granted if:

More than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
A certificate of completion has been issued.
Downloadable materials have been accessed.
The refund request is submitted after 14 days from purchase.

3.5. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

4. Payments, Pricing & Discounts

4.1. Course prices are clearly displayed on our website and may change at any time without prior notice.

4.2. Full payment is required before access to a course is granted.

4.3. Promotional discounts and coupon codes may be available for limited periods. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4.4. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6.4. Under no circumstances shall HSEBox - Technologies, Lda, its instructors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our courses.

7. Affiliate Program Terms

We offer an Affiliate Program allowing individuals to earn commissions by promoting our courses. By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following:

7.1 Commission Rates

Affiliates earn commissions ranging from 20% to 50%, depending on the course and active promotional campaigns. The exact commission percentage is displayed in the affiliate dashboard.

7.2 Commission Payouts

Commissions are paid 30 days after the sale to account for potential refunds.
Payments are issued only when an affiliate’s earnings reach a minimum of $100.
Payouts are processed via PayPal or another designated payment method.

7.3 Refunds & Commission Reversals

If a student receives a refund, the related commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
Affiliates must promote courses ethically. Misleading or deceptive marketing may result in commission forfeiture and removal from the program.

7.4 Prohibited Affiliate Activities

Affiliates must not:

Use misleading, false, or spam marketing tactics.
Engage in paid advertising using the HSEBox brand name without written approval.
Offer unauthorized discounts or make false claims regarding course benefits.

7.5 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account without notice if:

Fraudulent or unethical practices are detected.
Repeated refunds are linked to the affiliate’s referrals.
The affiliate violates these Terms & Conditions.

9. User Conduct & Account Termination

9.1. Users are expected to engage respectfully within the learning platform and any associated community spaces.

9.2. Harassment, hate speech, abusive conduct, fraudulent activity, or illegal behavior will result in immediate account termination.

9.3. Accounts involved in sharing, reselling, or misusing course content will be permanently banned without refund.
